These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reethal Cloud services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Reethal Cloud provides customised cloud hosting, including compute, storage, deployment support, and server maintenance. Specific features and limits depend on your selected plan.

Account and acceptable use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access
• Use the service lawfully and not interfere with other customers or our infrastructure
• Not host illegal content, distribute malware, or engage in abusive network activity

Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your plan (monthly or annual). Payments are processed via Paystack. After plan credits are consumed, additional resource usage may be charged as described in your plan documentation.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.

Uptime and SLA

Availability targets vary by plan (e.g. 99.9% to 99.999%). SLA credits, if applicable, are described in your plan or enterprise agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Support

Support levels depend on your plan — from community support on Starter to dedicated Reethal Cloud support on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Enterprise customers may have additional support SLOs under a separate agreement.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of your billing period unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to our infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reethal Cloud is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
